Well, if u have heard the best of the worst english try this. These are proper sentence written in my report.
1. 'Home Land chief' -- means Minister of Home Affairs
Think that this is bad ... Well, there are slight improvements....
2. 'Minister of War' -- I suppose it means Minister of Defence or something??
Laughing!!?!
3. 'These incentives are incentives that help promote ...'
This is what that is written okie!!
4. It can be concluded that spreading knowledge actively in times of crises is vital to aid the disaster management efforts of governments. The Hong Kong and Singapore government have awarded Honor and recommendation awards to other private and government agencies that had offered new ideas or recommendations in the battle against SARS. However, the Singapore government had even offered incentive knowledge sharing by offering monetary incentives to residents who have disclosed information of suspected SARS patients that are not abiding by the quarantine order.
So what is the point here?
Really, What's the point!! I don't believe that people sent in such half done kind of crap and EXPECT me TO EDIT! I can go on with 5... 6... 7...
But what's the point
Sometimes, I really wonder if these people bother to read what they right. Tell me, what is the effort put in? It's up to the point of time that, they write for the sake of writing. Writing with NO consideration of the person editing. Knowing that some one STUPID [like me] is editing the work, at least put in some effort in it!

Just very tired of the Tai Chi of work. I don't that - but please, do your FREAKING PART well!! What a waste of time...!
